Rosetta Stone’s Salesforce portal was customized to include 14 different language portals to support their international customers. The aim of implementing customer portal using is to offer a self-explanatory, easily accessible and informative support website. The customer portal also tracks customer interests and builds a system based on their needs, effectively reducing call center and other support operation costs.
