You lead delivery across execution-improvement programs, helping clients improve predictability and build lasting internal capability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead delivery for improvement programs (PDP, OEP, SEP)
- Coach client teams and strengthen capability
- Track outcomes and improvement metrics
- Contribute to Innolance delivery standards
What You Bring
- 6+ years in delivery, transformation, or consulting
- Experience improving delivery predictability and flow
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile/flow experience
- Portfolio or PMO leadership
