Working as a Power BI Developer at Innolance

About the Role

As a Power BI Developer at Innolance, you will build the executive dashboards and reporting layers that give leadership teams trusted operational visibility. You’ll model data across CRM, finance, and operational systems and turn it into insight leaders actually use.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build executive and operational Power BI dashboards.
  • Model data across CRM, ERP, finance, and operational systems.
  • Optimize DAX measures, refresh performance, and data models.
  • Improve reporting reliability, governance, and documentation.
  • Partner with consultants and clients to define reporting requirements.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development.
  • Strong DAX, Power Query, and data-modeling skills.
  • Experience connecting business systems and APIs to reporting.
  • SQL proficiency and an eye for clear, executive-ready design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Power Platform or Fabric experience.
  • Tableau or Looker Studio exposure.
  • RevOps or CRM data experience.
