Support operational reporting, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives.
About the Role
As an Operations Analyst Intern at Innolance, you will support the reporting and process-improvement work that keeps client engagements and internal operations running smoothly. You’ll learn how operational data becomes executive insight — and contribute to real deliverables from week one.
What You’ll Do
- Support operational reporting and dashboard maintenance.
- Help document workflows, processes, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with data quality checks across business systems.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and internal projects.
- Prepare summaries and analyses for team and client reviews.
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, analytics, information systems, or similar.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and a bias for clarity.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Coursework or projects involving CRM or operations data.
