Client : National Geographic
The product focuses on the National Geographic tradition of cartography, country-based information with an emphasis on UI/UX design, and ease of implementing content or functionality updates. Presentation will include navigation of maps and content via a 3D-globe interface (will mimic 2-D interface at higher zoom levels); high-level country summary and statistical information and photography for each country. The app will primarily be a “cartography as art” experience, where the user has the opportunity to view very high-resolution images of maps derived from several National Geographic print atlases.
