The days of the standard desktop mouse are limited. The mouse has been evolving every year since computers have come out. Some having more buttons, some being smaller, but never the less they are changing.

 

The computer mouse has been guiding us through our computers and the internet for over 20 years now. It is an essential part of the computer. The mouse has been evolving from bulky and complex to sleek and elegant. It is becoming a fashion accessory for computers. Some examples of changes are : mice used to have a cord linking them to computers, now they are wireless,  mice also used to be big and clunky and now are tiny and convenient. On  laptops, touch pads are now used  instead of the little colored tip you moved with your finger directly in the middle of your G and H keys. The mouse will never go away; all it will do is change.

 

The newest change in the mouse has done away with the old styling’s. The Pad is the newest concept in browsing your computer and internet. The Pad is a free standing touch pad that will act as your mouse. It will be completely wireless and flat, separate to your keyboard.  It looks to me like they took the touch pad in the middle of your lap top and made it a completely separate touch pad /mouse for desktops. It’s a new idea that Apple, Microsoft and Windows think will catch on.
